1. Introduction Visit
A visit to your home to help you puppy‑proof and set up your environment, with an introduction to positive training techniques so you get the very best start. We’ll go through your goals and what you’d like to teach your puppy. Already have your puppy? That’s absolutely fine!
2. Training Begins
Once your puppy has settled in, we ease into reward‑based training games to build confidence and start the foundations for learning.
3. Follow Up Visit
We fine‑tune your new skills together. If your puppy needs extra confidence out in the wider world, this final visit can even take place outside the home.
24‑hour text, email and phone support is included while all 3 visits are in the diary. All visits must be used before your puppy turns 6 months old. Afterwards, you’ll still get ongoing support through the client hub, plus the option to join Puppy Classes and other groups.
